Brad began working for Unison in 1980, while still an engineering graduate student. In 1981, he joined Unison full-time as a Senior Development Engineer, designing ignition systems for piston engine aircraft. He worked for more than 20 years at Unison, holding various roles of increasing responsibility. These roles included senior development engineer, engineer, multiple management positions in engineering, materials, quality control, product line, sales/marketing, and operations, followed by vice president of marketing, senior vice president and executive vice president. Following the acquisition of the Company by General Electric in 2002, Brad became President of Unison. In 2005, Brad became a GE Corporate Officer leading the Services Division of GE Aviation and later formed a new division serving the Business and General Aviation market, which he leads today.

In 2016 Brad received the prestigious GE Chairman’s Award. Brad holds a BS and MS in engineering from the University of IL at Urbana and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Brad and his wife Jenny live in Cincinnati and have three grown children.
